Amarillo Area Appliance is the absolute best! They are always on time, very helpful, extremely honest and fair and best of all, do outstanding work. You can have supreme confidence that Eldon knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of appliance repair. I have never been surprised by a bill or "extras" that needed to be added on at the last minute. Eldon is always upfront with all costs and procedures and has never had to come back and redo any work. They are very polite and I feel very comfortable having them in my home. They clean up after themselves and put everything back exactly like they found it. In the day and age of finding GREAT service people they are a rare find! I have total confidence in them and would highly recommend them, no one else, to fix any of my (or your) appliance issues. Amazing Customer Service and very Reliable!!! Our Refrigerator/Freezer started to make a noise a few weeks back but I didn't think anything of it. Yesterday Our Freezer temp jumped to 25 degrees! I called First thing this morning and got an answer right away and a house call within 2 hours. The Technician diagnosed my problem and told me exactly what we needed to do to fix things. The Staff is very informative and set my nerves at ease with their professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge. Everyone in this company is very on top of things!
